At Mafroosh, we take great pride in our quality control. However, if you encounter any of the following issues, you may request a return or replacement:
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged during transit.
Incorrect Items
If the item received is different from what you ordered.
Manufacturing Defects
In case of any inherent material or structural defects.
Return Window: All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
- Items returned without their original packaging and labels.
- Customized or made-to-order Home Decore products.
- Requests made after the stipulated 48-hour return window.
Return Process

Send your order number and clear product photos/videos to our support team.
Internal Review
Our artisans and quality team will review the claim within 2-3 business days.
Resolution
Once approved, we will arrange a doorstep pick-up and process your replacement or refund.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 7–12 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
